THEAX Text Message (SMS) Program
THEAX (theaxapp.com) is a personal goal-planning app. This page explains our transactional SMS program so mobile carriers and users can verify how it works. Text messaging is optional and is never required to use THEAX.
What messages we send
When you create a personal “blueprint” (a step-by-step plan) in THEAX, you can choose to be notified by text. We send at most 2 messages per blueprint:
- One when the first week of your plan is ready to start.
- One when your full blueprint is ready.
These are transactional notifications triggered by your own activity. We do not send marketing texts.
How to opt in
Opt-in happens inside the THEAX web and mobile app while your blueprint is being generated. On the blueprint progress screen, an optional field lets you enter your US (+1) mobile number. A consent disclosure is shown directly below the field. You must actively enter your number and tap “Notify” to opt in. Opt-in is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
